Windsurfing Instructor

Rye Watersports is an RYA Training Centre on a large coastal lake near Rye, two miles from Camber Sands, offering RYA tuition in sailing from March to November. It is looking for friendly, enthusiastic instructors to join the team for the 2027 season.

The role:

• Deliver RYA courses within the National and Youth Schemes
• Help with the upkeep and maintenance of all equipment
• Work on the land and provide excellent customer service
• Work flexibly, five days a week including weekends and bank holidays
• Work alongside the existing team to deliver safe, high-quality sessions

• Desirable: RYA Intermediate Windsurfing Instructor, RYA Dinghy Instructor, RYA WingSurf or WingFoil Instructor, RYA Senior Instructor, BSUPA Level 1 or 2 Instructor, BKSA Senior Kitesurfing Instructor, RYA Safety Boat
