Kitesurf Instructor

Amihan Kite Windsurf Cafe runs a kitesurf school on a flat-water lagoon on the windy northeast coast of El Nido, Palawan, about an hour from the main town. It is looking for a kitesurf instructor for the peak of the Amihan season, from January to March 2027.

The role:

• Teach kitesurfing to visitors on the flat-water lagoon
• Keep a strong focus on safety during lessons
• Communicate clearly with students in English
• Work as part of a friendly team and join in with life at the cafe

• Certified kitesurf instructor (IKO, VDWS or equivalent experience)
• Fluent English and good communication skills; other languages are a plus
