Watersports Maintenance / Bosun

Mark Warner is recruiting a Watersports Maintenance/Bosun for its beach resorts in Greece and Turkey for the summer 2027 season, running April to November 2027. The post is full time and looks after the waterfront fleet while helping the beach team.

The role:

• Help the waterfront management team keep the fleet maintained
• Repair boats and boards using fibreglass or metalwork where needed
• Carry out woodwork construction and source materials locally
• Organise the repair of broken sails
• Keep the maintenance area tidy and store tools and hazardous materials safely
• Assist the beach team, including safety cover, customer service and shore-break duties
• Keep the beach smart, tidy and professional
• Uphold Mark Warner and RYA standards and take on extra resort duties as needed
