Beach Supervisor

Neilson is hiring a Beach Supervisor for Summer 2027 at its beach clubs across the Mediterranean. The season runs from April to November, and the role is a hands-on senior position supporting the Beach Manager.

The role:

• Support the Beach Manager in running the beach operation
• Help lead the team and step up to lead when needed
• Help coordinate the daily watersports programme
• Support and develop instructors
• Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism
• Look after guests and help them enjoy their time on the water
