Guest Experience Assistant

Rockley is looking for Guest Experience Assistants to join the team at its Buddens Activity Centre near Poole, Dorset. The role is seasonal, running from April to October, and involves keeping the centre running smoothly and looking after guests on residential and day trips.

The role:

• Keep the shower and toilet facilities and tented accommodation clean, and carry out general domestic tasks
• Liaise with customers daily so their residential and day trips run smoothly
• Help with general site maintenance and upkeep
• Work with the centre team on the day-to-day operation of the centre
• Provide attentive care to young customers when required
• Support the kitchen as needed
• Help run the Buddens tuck shop

• Up to £12.21 per hour, based on 37-40 hours a week and paid every four weeks
• Five-day working week, six days in peak season, with part-time hours available

• Full UK driving licence
• Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate
• Experience working with children
