Lead Service 90m+ MY

A busy 90m+ private motor yacht is looking for an experienced Lead Service professional to join from 18 November. The role is split equally between Lead Service and Lead Housekeeper, with responsibility for overseeing the full interior.

The role:

• Oversee service and housekeeping with the support of the Lead Housekeeper
• Lead, motivate and mentor the interior team
• Manage budgets and leave schedules
• Oversee provisioning, procurement, shipyard requirements and contractors
• Maintain high standards of service, including cocktails and wine

What's on offer:

• Salary of $7,000 USD per month
• 2:2 rotation
• Start date of 18 November

• Previous Lead Service or Head of Service experience on an 80m+ yacht
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Understanding of budgets, leave schedules and procurement
• Confident cocktail and wine knowledge
• WSET certification a plus
• Strong leadership and hands-on team mentoring skills
• Excellent planning and coordination abilities
