Steward(ess) 75m+ MY

Saltwater Recruitment is recruiting for an established 75m+ private/charter motor yacht with a supportive owner family and a friendly crew culture. The yacht needs an all-round steward(ess) to join its interior team from the end of November 2026.

The role:

• Work across housekeeping and service as an all-round interior crew member
• Join an experienced interior team that encourages training, personal development and taking ownership of responsibilities
• Help create a creative guest environment, with attention to tablescapes and thoughtful details
• Support the full charter-style guest experience
• Work on a varied world-cruising programme on a 5:1 rotation
