Housekeeping Stewardess

Insignia Crew is recruiting for a client, a large dual-season private and charter motor yacht of over 100m, which needs an experienced Housekeeping Stewardess to join its interior team. The start date is 1st November 2026 and the role is dedicated housekeeping.

The role:

• Maintain the guest and crew areas to a very high standard of cleanliness, organisation and presentation
• Prepare guest cabins, including detailing and turnover procedures
• Care for luxury surfaces and delicate materials using suitable cleaning products
• Work within a supportive interior team through a busy private and charter programme
• Deliver consistent five-star standards in a fast-paced charter environment

What's on offer:

• Salary of €3,300 per month
• 3:1 rotation (3 months on, 1 month off)

• Minimum 2 years' yachting experience on vessels of 70m+
• Strong housekeeping background within the superyacht industry
• Exceptional knowledge of cleaning products, luxury surfaces and delicate materials
• Experience with guest cabin preparation, detailing and turnover procedures
• Valid STCW and ENG1
• Valid B1/B2 and Schengen visas already in hand
• Available to join on 1st November 2026
