About this role
IYC is recruiting a rotational Chief Officer for a 45m motor yacht with a worldwide cruising itinerary, currently in the Pacific. The post starts within about two weeks of advertising.
The role:
- Act as Chief Officer on a 45m motor yacht
- Take a hands-on part in all aspects of the deck operation
- Be happy to sail as part of the programme
- Lead and motivate the deck team
Requirements
- Experienced Chief Officer
- II/2 certificate
- B1/B2 visa
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
