Project Manager

MB92 is a yacht refit group, and this permanent Project Manager position is based at its La Ciotat shipyard. The post reports to the Head of Project Management Officer and starts as soon as possible. Some travel in the Mediterranean basin and beyond is possible.

The role:

• Make sure the company's management procedures are followed on the projects you are responsible for
• Oversee every aspect of each project, including quality, cost, deadline, planning, margin and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate internal and external teams
• Maintain a trusted relationship with the client

• 4 to 5 years of successful experience in a similar position, preferably in yachting or sailing
• Master's degree in general engineering or a speciality, preferably mechanical engineering
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills with project stakeholders
• Client-oriented, rigorous, organised and methodical
• Able to manage multiple work lines under pressure
• Command of the Office Suite
• Advanced or proficient English
• Enthusiasm for boats and yachting
