Superyacht Construction Manager

Sunreef Yachts is a yacht builder with a shipyard in Gdańsk, Poland. It is looking for a construction manager to run the building of a superyacht, keeping production on time and to the right quality.

The role:

• Manage the construction of the yacht, focusing on supervising production time and quality
• Plan, organise and oversee the work of the team reporting to you
• Deliver the current production plans
• Oversee the accounting of the production process in terms of time, material use and any losses
• Supervise the correct running of the build process, supporting processes and documentation

• Technical secondary education as a minimum; higher education in a relevant field preferred
• At least 2 years' experience managing a production team in the yacht industry or a similar one
• Excellent planning and organisational skills for your own work and your team's
• Willingness to work shifts
• Knowledge of the basics of labour law and health and safety rules
• Task-focused with a strong personality
• Desirable: experience of building ships or yachts
• Desirable: knowledge of the yacht industry
