GRP Finisher

Marine Resources is recruiting an experienced GRP Finisher for a busy marine composites manufacturing team in Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire. The work is hands-on production finishing of composite components used in the marine industry.

The role:

• Carry out GRP finishing, including sanding, fairing and surface preparation
• Fill imperfections and carry out remedial work on composite components
• Trim, shape and prepare components for final finishing
• Identify surface defects and make sure a high-quality finish is achieved
• Work to production deadlines while keeping workmanship excellent
• Follow workshop health and safety procedures

What's on offer:

• £21–£23 per hour, depending on experience
• LTD or Umbrella payment options
• 40+ hours per week
