Onboard Coordinator

MB92 La Ciotat, part of the MB92 Group of yacht refit shipyards, is looking for an Onboard Coordinator to join its Project Management team on a permanent contract, starting as soon as possible. The role reports to the Head of Project Management Officer and may involve travel in the Mediterranean and beyond.

The role:

• Take charge of on-site organisation and coordination between the stakeholders on a project, working under a Project Manager
• Receive the operators arriving on site
• Make sure the work environment suits the work to be carried out
• Act as the on-site interface with the customer
• Apply procedures according to quality and HSE standards
• Forecast logistical needs

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience, including successful experience in the marine industry
• Operational knowledge in two of: mechanical, boilermaking, electrical, painting, carpentry, composite
• Good command of the Office Suite
• Bilingual English
• Rigorous, organised and methodical, with reliability when handling important data
• Adaptable, with good interpersonal skills and a sense of customer service
• Able to manage stress and priorities
• Passion for yachting and the sea
