Chef de Bord Confirmé (F/H)

MB92 La Ciotat, part of the MB92 Group of yacht refit shipyards, is looking for an experienced Chef de Bord for its Project Management team in La Ciotat, France. The position is permanent and the start date is as soon as possible. Travel around the Mediterranean and beyond is possible.

The role:

• Organise work on site and coordinate the different contractors on a project, under the responsibility of a Project Manager
• Welcome contractors and make sure the working environment suits the work to be done
• Act as the client's contact on site
• Apply quality and health and safety procedures
• Plan logistics needs
• Report to the Project Coordination Manager

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience, including successful experience in the maritime industry
• Working knowledge of two of the following: mechanics, boilermaking, electrics, painting, joinery, composites
• Very good command of Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English
• Rigorous, organised and methodical, with good adaptability
• Team spirit, good people skills and a sense of customer service
• Able to manage stress and priorities
