Data Product Manager

Click&Boat is a boat rental platform, and it is hiring its first dedicated Data Product Manager in Paris, with a remote-friendly policy. You will join the Product organisation and build a Data Squad with four Data Analysts, working like a classic product squad.

The role:

• Lead the Data team's backlog: take in requests, challenge them, find the real business need and make clear trade-offs
• Bring product methodology to Data, starting from the problem, defining how success is measured and assessing impact after delivery
• Act as Product Manager for NAO, the company-wide AI and Data assistant, driving its rollout and continuous improvement
• Analyse chat replays and usage, test and refine prompts, gather feedback from business units and ship new features
• Support the Analysts by providing business context, the problem to solve, priorities and success criteria
• Report to the VP Product and work as the Product partner to the Head of Data
