Senior Product Manager – US Market

Click&Boat is the European leader in boat rentals, part of Boats Group, and is now expanding into the US market. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Barcelona, with a start date of as soon as possible.

The role:

• Own the product strategy for launching and scaling Click&Boat in the US, from product adaptation to geographic expansion
• Lead two product squads dedicated to the US market
• Align the leadership team around a clear product vision and turn it into concrete priorities
• Use data to make decisions without waiting for perfect certainty
• Work closely with tech, design, operations and senior leadership, bridging the European teams and the US market

• Fluent or bilingual English
• Strong familiarity with the US market from having lived, worked or studied there
• Comfortable making decisions with partial information
• Experience leading product teams and working with senior leadership
• Nice to have: experience launching or scaling a product in a new market, ideally the US
• Nice to have: fluency in French and/or Spanish
