Account Manager - Croatia

Click&Boat is the European leader in boat rentals, an online marketplace that is part of Boats Group. It is hiring an Account Manager for the Croatian market to join its Supply team in the Barcelona office, building relationships with Croatian boat owners.

The role:

• Build and nurture relationships with Croatia's most important fleet owners, including key accounts, to secure availability, pricing quality, calendar accuracy and fast response times
• Encourage owners to respond and accept bookings faster, and improve listing quality such as pictures, descriptions, pricing, extras and cancellation policy
• Prepare the fleet for peak season and clear out inactive or low-quality inventory
• Optimise revenue in high-value categories such as catamarans, sailboats and motor yachts, including commission alignment, pricing consistency and upselling
• Lead the onboarding of new owners and contribute to projects such as Instant Booking activation and owner tools
• Build market knowledge across Split, Zadar, Dubrovnik, Istria and Šibenik

• At least 1 year of experience in account management, sales or a similar commercial or customer-facing role
• Commercial drive and a closing mindset
• Comfortable using data and KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate and response rate
• Structured thinking and clear written and verbal communication
• Croatian language skills and knowledge of the Croatian boating and tourism market are a bonus
