In House Legal Counsel

Wilsonhalligan, a yacht crew and shoreside recruitment agency, is looking for an In House Legal Counsel based in Dubai or Monaco. The role supports yacht management, yacht brokerage and wider commercial operations, and the start date is as soon as possible.

The role:

• Provide legal support across the business
• Manage contracts and legal documentation
• Handle compliance and corporate governance requirements
• Work closely with management, internal departments and external legal advisors
• Maintain commercial agreements, employment documentation, corporate records and operational documents across different jurisdictions
