Guest Experience Manager

The Yacht Week organises sailing events around the world. As Guest Experience Manager you will be the face of the company and the main point of contact for guests during the sailing week, supporting the Event Manager at the events.

The role:

• Support the Event Manager in daily event operations
• Handle guest questions, feedback and complaints professionally
• Keep guests informed of schedules, venues and changes through the Yacht Week app
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence throughout the week
• Assist with on-site coordination during events
• Work closely with Event Managers, hosts, skippers, venue partners and central operations

• Background in hospitality, guest services, events or live operations is desirable
• Strong communication skills, confident with international guests
• Able to stay calm and solution-focused when handling complaints and challenging situations
• Organised and resilient in fast-paced environments
• Flexible, with a willingness to work long days and travel
