Event Coordinator

The Yacht Week organises sailing events in destinations around the world. It is looking for event coordinators to join its event team on a paid, internship-style contract, with a minimum commitment of one month. The role involves supporting official Yacht Week events at venues such as beach clubs and island locations, including in Croatia, Greece and Italy.

The role:

• Support the planning and running of official Yacht Week events throughout the week
• Work closely with Event Managers, hosts, venue teams and production staff
• Help with venue setup and on-site support during events
• Coordinate with local partners
• Help manage guest flow
• Follow schedules and adapt quickly to changing situations
