Operations Coordinator

The Yacht Week runs sailing and event holidays across Europe and beyond. It is looking for an Operations Coordinator to work from its operational hub in Split, Croatia, supporting the Head of Operations and linking central operations with the destination teams.

The role:

• Support the Head of Operations with daily planning and execution
• Coordinate communication between operational roles and central teams
• Work with Event Managers, Guest Experience Managers and Event Coordinators so they have the information and support they need
• Monitor performance and timelines, and flag potential operational risks
• Help with scheduling, documentation and operational reporting
• Provide on-site support during key operational periods

• Background in operations, events, hospitality or team coordination is desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Strong communication skills
• Based in Split or willing to relocate there for the contract
