Sales & Customer Operations Intern

SamBoat is a boat rental platform, and this internship is based in Bordeaux. The intern works across the Sales, Customer Service and Aftersales teams, turning customer requests into bookings and supporting customers after payment, particularly on charter bookings. It is a new position, so the scope may change as the teams' needs develop.

The role:

• Follow up potential customers by phone and email to understand their needs and guide them through booking
• Prepare commercial proposals for short and medium-term boat rentals
• Search for suitable boats by customer needs, destination, budget and availability
• Contact boat owners and charter companies to obtain offers and negotiate commercial conditions
• Support customers after payment and help with their requests before departure
• Assist the Customer Service, Sales and Aftersales teams with customer, commercial and operational topics
• Help identify and contact potential partners such as supermarkets, caterers and luxury services
