Crew, Charter Fleet

Ahoy Club runs a charter fleet on Sydney Harbour and is looking for casual crew: deckhands, stewards and stewardesses, chefs and skippers. Shifts are picked up to suit you, and regulars on each boat are offered them first.

The role:

• Deliver warm, safe, polished service to charter guests
• Prepare and present the boat before and after each charter
• Follow the skipper's lead on deck, safety and guest care
• Accept shifts through the Ahoy Manage app and clock on at the wharf

• Hospitality or on-water experience
• RSA NSW for anyone serving
• First aid certificate
• Coxswain or powerboat ticket for deck roles
• Reliable, well presented and good with guests
• The right to work in Australia
